Privacy Policy

This page explains what COMBO does with the details you hand over when you book a station or send us a note. We keep it small: only what a computer club needs to hold your seat and reply.

x1 · What we collect

When you use the booking form we receive your name, email address, the date you picked, the spot you chose and the chain of hours you want. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details on the site, we do not run accounts, and we never request more than is needed to reserve a machine and confirm it.

x2 · Why we hold it

We use those details for one thing: to reply to your request, confirm your seat, and hold it for the 15 minutes past your start time that our house rules promise. Once a booking is done and the visit has passed, the record has served its purpose and we clear it from the working list on a regular schedule.

x3 · Cookies

The site runs lean. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party pixels watching your visit. Your browser may keep small local settings — such as remembering that you prefer reduced motion — but those stay on your device and are never sent to us or sold to anyone.

x4 · Who sees it

Booking details are read by the staff who run the desk and the floor, and by no one else. We do not trade, rent or share your information with outside companies for marketing. The only time we would pass anything along is if the law clearly required it, which for a small club is a rare and narrow case.

x5 · Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email the same address you used to book and we will sort it out. If you would rather not leave any details at all, walk in instead: any open machine on the floor is yours without a form.

FINISHER · Changes

If we ever adjust how this works, the updated policy lands on this page with the wording refreshed. Booking a station or sending the form means you are fine with the version live at the time. Questions about any of it are welcome at the desk or by email.

Big combos, no gambling — just games.
