Terms & House Rules

These are the plain rules for visiting COMBO. Sit down at a station and they apply. Nothing here is a surprise — it is the same stuff staff will tell you at the desk, written down.

x1 · Hours and access

The club opens at 20:00 nightly and runs into the small hours — to 03:00 on weeknights and through to 06:00 across the weekend. Under-16 players are welcome until 8 PM with a parent or guardian aware of the visit; after 8 PM the floor is 16 and up. Staff may ask for ID at the desk if you look close to that line.

x2 · Bookings and the hold

Book a station through the site form or simply walk in when a row has an open machine. A booked seat is held for 15 minutes past your start time; after that it opens to whoever is waiting. Let us know if you are running late and we will do our best, but the 15-minute hold is what we can promise.

x3 · How the combo chain works

Rates are honest and the chain never burns down. Each back-to-back hour costs a little less than the one before it, and the night block is a single pre-built chain at the lowest step. Step away for up to 20 minutes and your combo holds at the same multiplier; go over and the seat may free up, chain reset.

x4 · Conduct on the floor

Keep it friendly. Mind the volume, mind your neighbours, and settle scores on the screen with points and time — never with money, stakes or prizes of that kind. Staff can end a session and ask anyone to leave for harassment, damage or behaviour that spoils the room for the players around them.

x5 · Equipment and your own gear

You are welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, headset or pad and plug into any desk. Club machines are shared, so please do not change system settings, install software, or take anything apart. Tell staff about a fault rather than fixing it yourself, and cover the cost only where damage is clearly deliberate.

COMBO is a place to play for fun. Look after your own belongings — we cannot be responsible for personal items left on the floor. We may update these house rules and will post the current version here; visiting the club or booking a seat means you accept the version in force at the time of your visit.
